I’m Carolyn, a self-taught baker and cake decorator originally from Verona, New Jersey. After art school in Chicago and working in the fashion industry in New York, I traded in my scissors for spatulas and never looked back!

I make custom cakes: elegant for any special occasion, bright and playful for kids, and simple and delicious for more every day casual occasions. All my cakes are made with love. I get so much joy and satisfaction crafting customized cakes and treats for people's special occasions. I particularly love to see the looks on little kids faces when they first catch sight of their special cake! I also love to make cupcakes, cake pops, pies, cookies, bars - anything sweet! 

Everything I make is 100% from scratch, always with tons of butter and fresh eggs, often with organic ingredients. I have been experimenting with gluten free and vegan baking as well!

The sky is the limit as far as flavors, I am always experimenting with new recipes! Here are some of my favorites:
